These labrets have a 6mm shaft and a thickness of 1.2mm (16G). The little heart is approx 3mm
They are internaly threaded and the heart simply screw into the shaft. Internally threaded jewellery is really popular, as it is easy to insert into piercings and less likely to cause any irritation when fitted because the shaft bar bar is smooth
